My oldest and one of my favorite recipes. I call it my Five Finger Recipe because it has five ingredients.
1-Cube of butter
2-2 Tbsp. of T-Bone's Gourmet Yellow Hot Sauce
(more if you want more HEAT)
3-1 to 1 1/2 lb. uncooked shrimp or prawns (the larger the better) 4-1/4 to 1/3 Cup of freshly chopped cilantro
5- White rice steamed for four people
Cook white rice per manufacturers instructions.
While rice is cooking, melt the cube of butter with two Tbsp.
of T-Bone's Yellow Gourmet Hot Sauce.
When melted, add uncooked shrimp or prawns and saute until the shrimp or prawns are done.
Add 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup of freshly chopped cilantro and cook for 30 seconds or more.
Than pour over steamed white rice and enjoy !!!!

These are the Best Wings Ever!
Deep fat fry (I prefer this way) or bake aproximately 16 chicken wing pieces until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.
Most restaraunts toss your wings in the sauce in a stainless
steel bowl, I prefer to use a skillet and pour equal amounts of sauce from the red and yellow (50 percent of each).
Pour a couple of pancake size amounts of sauce in and heat over medium heat while the wings are cooking.
Once the wings are cooked. Drip if fried. Put wings into the hot sauce and stir until the chicken gets a nice coating of sauce. It will thicken up in aprox. 1 to 1 1/2minutes.
Remove from heat and serve with Blue Cheese or Ranch dressing or garnish. Enjoy !!!!!
